Where this notice applies

It covers visits to the public marketing site, contact with OperisFlow, and use of the linked preview application. The marketing site and application are separate services: the marketing site does not collect account passwords or operate application authentication. The application manages registration, verification, sessions, permissions and security controls.

Information we handle

Depending on how you use the service, this can include:

• Account, profile and contact details, such as name and email address.
• Organization, membership and work information entered by authorized users, including property and operational records.
• Files, photos and documents uploaded through supported application features.
• Authentication and security information needed to protect accounts, such as verification, session and security-event records. Passwords are handled by the application, not by this marketing site.
• Technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the website and preview, such as request logs, device/browser information and error or abuse signals.
• Messages generated through available account, security and operational communication features.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, enable authorized organization workflows, verify accounts, deliver applicable communications, respond to support requests, troubleshoot problems, test preview features, improve the product and prevent misuse. The public page's interactive examples use fictional data and do not submit operational records to the application.

Who may access information

Authorized members of an organization may access information in that organization according to their application permissions and relationship to the records. OperisFlow personnel and service/infrastructure providers may handle information where needed to operate, protect and support the service, under appropriate access controls. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to respond to legal obligations or security threats. The public site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive browser request information when those fonts load. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Security and retention

The application uses account, organization and private-file controls, and records security events. No system can promise absolute security. Information is kept for operational, security, support and legal needs, and may be removed when no longer needed under applicable service practices. Specific retention periods depend on the information and may change as the preview matures.

Preview data lifecycle

OperisFlow Preview is for testing and early evaluation. Functionality and records may change; preview data may be corrected, migrated or reset before production. Do not rely on the preview as permanent production record storage. Avoid entering information that your organization has not authorized for this phase.

Organization administrators may also manage access to their organization's information within the application. This notice may be updated as the service develops; the updated page will show its revision date. The application may present its own versioned legal documents during registration, which remain the documents recorded for that account's acceptance.
